If you can prove me this is flase, please do, I just want to know the truth. Bird Flu vaccine trials 2007 showed only 45% effectiveness Cochrane Reviews shows flu shots are at most only 50% effective, when matched to the strain, but do not protect against the vast majority of “flu-like ilness” that is often labeled as influenza, thereby only reducing your risk of seasonal illness by 6%
