that was epic. I think I still like the Gank Rupture killing the abaddon better though. But that was an awesome fight to watch.

    @Rynx214
They were probably rigged for Shields, and they ARE battlecruisers, so Heavy Missiles will likely hit for full damage (except if they had afterburners). Also, I’m not sure that offlining a module actually removes its penalties.
What I wonder is: How’d this fight have looked if those Harbingers had been Hurricanes, or if they’d have brought HAML Drakes.

    Great flying by tengu

  10. Jibes on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

Hm. Was it just my imagination, or did the Tengu actually have to reload when switching to that last harb? He actually stopped firing a bit.

it suddenly occurs to me that if the laconians had LSE’s, they could have offlined them after their shields went down to lower their sig radius…

  13. inventiontension on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

    this was a good fight

  14. Athramo on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

  15. bloodl3tt3r on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

GG tengu. Now I HAVE to get a T3 cruiser…

  16. Kaninerness on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

This is why you should use nanocanes for your shield BC gangs…. or drakes, but they are frekin boring.

  23. Jeff55369 on June 26th, 2010 7:40 am

@7 min, 2 tengu vs 2 harb, 2 brutix and hugon … who wins? tengu! great piloting, love to see come from behind matches.

Its got nothing to do with luck. Tengu pilot had fuel catalyst subsystem fitted which increases afterburner speed. Tengu pilot burned away from his targets thus forcing his opponents to turn on their MWD’s which increased their signature radius thus giving him a great advantage. Great flying imo. Good thinking by Tengu pilot.

Just fantastic, very impressive fight, with a bit of luck in it, of course!
    T3 cruiser rocks!

Got something to say?
